CAS (confirmation of Acceptance of Studies) Statements are issued no more than three months before the start of the course to unconditional offer holders who have accepted their offer and confirmed their place on the course.
Postgraduate Taught students are required to pay a tuition fee deposit before a CAS can be issued, please see here for further details.
