Do I need GCSE English and Maths qualifications to study an undergraduate course?

Answer

We require all applicants for undergraduate programmes to demonstrate a good general education, which includes acceptable levels of literacy and numeracy, normally at least Grade C/4 or above at GCSE in English and Mathematics.

Individual programmes may have additional requirements, and these are outlined in the programme entry requirements.

International and EU applicants must have an internationally recognised English language qualification as well as a relevant qualification form their own country, a full list of acceptable qualifications can be found online via the links below.
