I cannot access Liverpool Life.

To log on to Liverpool Life, you will need your student ID number and a PIN. If this is your first time logging into Liverpool Life, you will need to set up a new PIN. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your PIN’ link.  You will be sent an email with instructions to set up a new account. Similarly, if you don’t have your PIN then you will also need to follow these steps to reset it. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email the Liverpool Life Team: studentslivlife@liverpool.ac.uk.
