You will need to email this request directly to the Admissions Team so they have your request in writing. They will then contact UCAS on your behalf to ask for this change to be made. You should have received your Admissions Officer’s contact details via email. Please ensure you include your full name, UCAS Personal ID number and course you have applied for in this email.
