Do I need GCSE English and Maths qualifications to study an undergraduate course?

Answer

We require all applicants for undergraduate programmes to demonstrate a good general education, which includes acceptable levels of literacy and numeracy, normally at least Grade C or above at GCSE in English and Mathematics.

Individual programmes may have additional requirements, and these are outlined in the programme entry requirements.

International and EU applicants must have an internationally-recognised English language qualification as well as a relevant qualification form their own country, a full list of acceptable qualifications can be found online via the links below.
