Question

Question

I have GCSE Maths at grade D, will I still be considered for undergraduate study?

Answer

Answer

Some of our Undergraduate Degree Programmes would still consider your application if you achieved a grade D in your GCSE Maths, your qualifications will be assessed on an individual basis once you have made a formal application through UCAS. If you would like for us to check whether the course you are interested in will consider an applicant with Maths GCSE at grade D please feel free to contact the enquiries team on irro@liverpool.ac.uk or +44 (0)151 794 5927.

Please bear in mind however that we would normally advise that if your GCSE Maths grade is below a C that you re-sit this qualifications as most graduate jobs will ask for a grade C or above and it will also give you a better chance of being accepted on to your chosen course.
